At Yoga + Herbs our goal is for all of our members are relaxed, stress-free and well balanced. We offer a variety of services that will help you achieve this goal. We offer Massages, Reiki, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Body Wraps, and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program. After completing one or even all of these services, you are guaranteed to feel more relaxed and stress free!
Classic Serenity Massage
A basic flowing massage to induce deep relaxation.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Mom-to-Be
A massage that gives the new mom-to-be some relaxation and relief from sore muscles and ligaments.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Aromatherapy Massage
Organic plant extracts are massaged into the body customizing your choice for either a relaxing or invigorating massage experience.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Therapeutic Massage
A massage that includes deep tissue techniques focusing on stressed and sore muscles.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Scalp, Eye, and Neck Massage
A soothing or invigorating massage for 30 minutes that releases tension from the upper tension areas of the body. Great for sinus problems, allergies, headaches & TMJ.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Reflexology
A 30 minute foot massage that focuses on pressure points that open up a back door the body’s natural healing process.
Duration: 30 minutes.
Warm Stone Infusion Massage
Massage that incorporates the placement of warm rocks to induce relations and relieve sore, achy muscles.
*30 min deep tissue massage add on.
Duration: 60 minutes.
ADD - ONS
- enzyme peel added to any facial
- 75 minute facial that includes more massage on hands/feet
- 90 minute massage services (can include a dry body brushing to stimulation the lymphatic system)
- Aromatherapy oil used in any massage
